As VV was told in the culture department of the city executive committee, the attractions in Vitebsk will approximately begin operating in early May.

 

The exact locations of non-stationary objects (attractions) will be determined at a meeting of the city executive committee commission in March. According to tradition, they are planned to be installed on the territory of parks and public recreation areas of Vitebsk.
