The event was attended by representatives of the education departments of the Novopolotsk City Executive Committee, the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee, the leaders of the “Young Friends of the Border Guards” detachments, the military-patriotic class of the border guard, as well as the command of the border detachment.
