Several documents on cooperation with China were signed at once.

Agreement on Deepening Sister City Exchanges and Cooperation between Guizhou Province of the People's Republic of China and the Vitebsk Region of the Republic of Belarus.

Roadmap for Exchange and Cooperation for 2024-2026 between Guizhou Province and Vitebsk Region.

Memorandum of Cooperation between the Committee for the Promotion of International Trade of Guizhou Province of the People's Republic of China and the Committee of Economy of the Regional Executive Committee of the Vitebsk Region of the Republic of Belarus.

Agreement on the Establishment of Sister City Relations between the City of Guiyang, Guizhou Province, People's Republic of China, and the City of Vitebsk, Vitebsk Region, Republic of Belarus

Agreement on Scientific and Technical Cooperation between the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Guizhou Province and the Vitebsk Regional Veterinary Laboratory of the Vitebsk Region of the Republic of Belarus.
