MINSK, 11 February (BelTA) – In January 2010 Belarus’ GDP was up 1.3% over the same period last year to Br9.834trillion, BelTA learnt from the National Statistics Committee. In January the industrial output increased by 2.5% as against January last year to Br10.44 trillion. The production of consumer goods amounted to Br2.419 trillion (up 5%), including foods - Br1.317 trillion (up 5.1%), nonfoods - Br960 billion (up 5.8%).
