Belarusian Head of State Alexander Lukashenko congratulated President of Tajikistan Emomali Rakhmov on the Independence Day, BelTA learnt from the presidential press service. Belarus considers Tajikistan as its reliable political and promising economic partner in Central Asia. The two countries develop relations guided by the principles of friendship and mutual understanding, Alexander Lukashenko underlined.
